Here are a few common delivery issues that can affect the activation email.
- The email is still in transit. The time it takes to receive the activation email can vary. Depending on internet traffic and how busy your ISP is, it can take some time for emails to arrive. This is more likely to happen around holidays and peak sending times. Wait a few hours and check again.
- The email is in a spam folder. Check your junk or spam folder to see if the activation email arrived there.
- A corporate firewall blocked the email. Some corporate email servers have firewalls, which block certain emails in an attempt to provide greater security. If you're on a corporate email server, check with your server administrator to make sure that emails from lightform.com addresses aren't being blocked.
- There was a typo in the signup email address. Yep, we've done that, too. Confirm that you used the right address to sign up. If not, repeat the steps to set up an account.
