Having trouble pairing your Lightform device to Wi-Fi? Review the steps below to ensure you aren't missing any troubleshooting steps.
Make sure you are not using an unsupported network
Unsupported Network Types
- WPA/WPA2 Enterprise
- Captive Portal: Networks like you find at airports, hotels, coffee shops, or corporate/university networks that use 802.11x i.e. "xfinitywifi"
Confirm you have the Lightform device set up the following way

- LFC Kit
- USB-C cable connecting the camera to the LFC
- HDMI cable connecting the LFC to your projector
- Projector plugged in and turned on
- Projector source on HDMI
- Nothing connected directly to your computer/laptop
- LFC Kit

- LF2
- LF2 plugged in and turned on
- Nothing else connected directly to the LF2 (HDMI, USB, etc.)
- LF2

- LF1 Kit
- HDMI cable connecting the LF1 to your projector
- Projector plugged in and turned on
- Projector source on HDMI
- Nothing connected directly to your computer/laptop
- LF1 Kit
