My camera won't connect

We have noticed that sometimes the camera feed would not appear right away because of a BRIO driver issue. Would you mind trying to plug the camera directly into your computer and update to the latest driver from here: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-my/articles/360035037273


Then once you confirm the camera is working and you get a video stream, please plug it back to your LFC and try scanning again. It should work this time.
