You will need to reference your device's name and serial number to register your device or get help troubleshooting device issues. When submitting questions to the support team, it is especially helpful to include this information so they are able to look up device specific information to help with troubleshooting.
You can find your device name and serial number on label on your device. When registering your device, please use the actual name that is on the device. It is usually a descriptive animal or bird, like "Saavy Swan" or "Ample Liger".
Please also use the serial number that starts with "LF".
- For LF1: You can find the device name and serial number on the back of the unit.
- For LF2/2+ and LFC: You can find the device name and serial number on the bottom of the unit.
