I don't see my Lightform device in the list of available Wi-Fi networks

Please make sure you are using the right network configurations (see here). We recommend restarting both Lightform Creator and your Lightform device.

If this doesn't work, please try again with the device in closer proximity to your computer (preferably <3ft). 

The Lightform device's Wi-Fi is not quite as strong as a laptop or phone, so you may have to try moving the Lightform device closer to the access point or re-orienting the device with respect to the access point (the LF1 antenna works best when the LF1 is pointing generally towards the access point -- this isn't a necessity, but it helps). It may take a few tries to work depending on the strength of your Wi-Fi network and the environment.
